Planet of Health BH has over 50 different types of therapeutic products to offer, labeled by numbers (from 1 to 89) and classified as oils, extracts and tinctures. We also classify them by the way they are supposed to be consumed, most are taken orally in a teaspoon or by dripping extracts into warm water 15 minutes before each meal (3 times a day). The rest are applied to the skin or certain parts of the body.
